A new CEO for the Lake District National Park

 

The National Park Authority has announced that in October this year Gavin Capstick will take over as the new Chief Executive. Congratulations!

 

On the LDNPA website Gavin describes his three priorities:

• working towards, alongside partners, supporting nature recovery and agricultural transition

• promoting low impact visiting

• helping people access and learn about the National Park and World Heritage Site

​

We wish him all the best and will help him to achieve these aims.
